We provide support for QUINDOS installations and can optimize part programs.

Application Modules and Tools

For Quindos programmers we have developed some special Modules and Tools.

Some of these can be download for free.

Customized Software Solutions

For special measuring tasks we can develop customized software solutions.

We support all Quindos installations, including complete Quindos updates. For special measuring tasks we can develop customer-specific software solutions. Some of the customised software we have already delivered is shown below. Others are still in development.

• Camshaft Measurement

  Parametric program for the measurement of various types of cams and camshafts. The moving path as well as the evaluations are generated using the drawing data.

• Airfoil & Turbine Blade Measurement

  On line CAD data is used to create a complete measuring program for inspecting aerfoils on the shop floor.

• Long-term Statistics

  Organisation of measurement data using a relational databank for production control, with a capacity of 7500 features per day.

• Step Gears

  Measurement of step gears to determine the movement of the follower.
